Master Restoration Suite is a comprehensive set of restoration plug-ins for cleaning up tape, vinyl, digital, and acoustic recordings. The tools give high-quality results with minimal tweaking, i.e., they sound great and are easy to use.

MR Suite 6 plug-ins run within most MacOS (AU/VST3/AAX) or Windows (VST3/AAX) based music production or audio editing applications.

MR Suite 6 consists of the following plug-ins:

  • MR Noise 6 – Stellar sounding broadband noise reduction
  • MR Hum 6 – Precise hum and buzz removal
  • MR Click 6 – Click and crackle filter for vinyl or digital sources
  • MR Gate 6 – Expander/gate for quick and simple background attenuation
  • MasterRestoration 6 – All-in-one restoration tool (available only with MR Suite)

Included plug-ins

  • MR Noise 6

    MR Noise is an easy to use, great sounding noise reduction processor. It's the perfect tool to remove noise from a recording.

  • MR Hum 6

    MR Hum combines hum removal, buzz removal, brickwall filtering, and high resolution spectrum analysis into one easy to use plug-in.

  • MR Click 6

    Using separate algorithms for click and crackle filtering, MR Click is ideal for cleanup of phonograph recordings or other impulsive contamination, such as digital pops.

  • MR Gate 6

    MR Gate is a full featured expander/gate that can be used to gate noise during quiet sections.

Requirements

Requires a host program that supports audio plug-ins. iLok licensing is supported but not required.

    • Apple Silicon natively supported (AU, VST3, AAX)
    • AAX - Pro Tools 11 and higher
    • 64-bit hosts only

  • Windows - VST2, VST3, AAX

    • Windows 7/8/10/11
    • AAX - Pro Tools 10.3.5 and higher
    • 32-bit and 64-bit hosts supported
